Black Aluminum Gaffs

These black hand gaffs by Star Rods feature a black matte finished aluminum that offers less reflection from glare. The hook is made from the strongest quality stainless steel available. Each hook is hand sharpened to a knife-edge point. Unlike round points cut on a lathe, the tip of the point will not lay over if a bone is struck while gaffing a fish. Features functional and desirable grips, the same used on professional exercise machines. Designed to offer maximum holding power with wet hands. Gaffs up to 4’ have one grip. All gaffs 4’ and longer have two grips. Hooks size identifies distance from shank to point. Hook diameter: 2" hook = 1/4", 3" hook = 5/16", 4" hook = 3/8"
